In My Mailbox 4/22/2012

In my Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren. It's a chance to share books and things we have received, purchased or won. I hope you all had a good week! Spring is in the air and we had some wicked storms here. Thankful we were spared any real damage. This week on the blog, I shared some awesome books with you. I posted reviews of The Peculiars and The Hunt. I reviewed two books for blog tours The Waiting Booth and Silver Knight. I also brought you an excerpt and giveaway from Alaskan Fire.(giveaway ends on 4/27) I have some exciting reviews next week on the blog.  Angels Condemned, The Calling, Kingdom on the Edge of Reality and Embraced by Blood. I will also have an excerpt of He Came to Me with a chance to win a copy. Here are the books I received in my mailbox this past week:

  9. Skylark sounds good and I thought about that one but I didn't want to take too much on to read and get swamped, if ya know what I mean :) I may re-think that after I bang some of my fast reads out, tho. On 2nd look, I'm re-thinking it's intrigue...

You are quite the eclectic reader!!! Wow!! And glad you survived the storms early last week ~ hope you get some nice weather this week!!! Happy reading!

  27. Skylark and Blackwood sound really interesting. I requested Blackwood from Netgalley but was denies, their excuse was a bit odd "we are not sure you are reviewing right now". Kind of threw me for a loop. But oh well!
I'll be interested in seeing what you think of it.
